Body Found Near Harvard-Westlake Campus

A body was found near prestigious private school Harvard-Westlake in Studio City, Calif.

Police described the body as "tied up," reports Studio City Patch, and that a "death investigation" is currently underway.

The adult male body was found at around 8:18 a.m. Friday morning by a Harvard-Westlake security guard, notes CBS2/KCAL9. The deceased man, estimated to be in his 30s, was found across the street on Coldwater Canyon.

Head of Campus Operations and Construction J.D. De Matte confirmed to the Harvard-Westlake Chronicle that the deceased man was not a part of the Harvard-Westlake community.
