View all our jobs Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for effectively managing and coordinating people, activities and available resources in order to maximize the successful operation of the property.? ? Primary Duties: Work with the Regional Manager, Director of Property Management, company objectives, annual budget and corporate leadership to determine property operating objectives and plans to achieve them.? Responsible for the development of the property team members to maximize performance.? Take a hands-on approach to any necessary duties to accomplish objectives as well as to facilitate the successful performance of others.? Initiate and manage all core business processes, including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development. 3 or more years of asset or property management experience, including on-site experience Experience in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills Superior communication skills High degree of flexibility and high tolerance for change Ability to train, develop, lead and mentor a high-functioning team of employees Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, e-mail and property/asset management software Valid driver?s license Associates degree preferred CAM preferred Available some evenings and weekends ?
